License Grant
Web Template grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital work (template) you have purchased.
What You CAN Do
- Use for Personal Projects: Use the template for your own personal websites and projects
- Use for Commercial Projects: Use the template for client projects and commercial websites
- Modify the Template: Customize, edit, and modify the template to fit your needs
- Create Unlimited End Products: Use the template in unlimited projects
- Transfer to Clients: Transfer the completed project to your clients
What You CANNOT Do
- Resell or Redistribute: You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the template files
- Create Competing Products: You cannot use the template to create competing template or theme products
- Trademark: You cannot trademark the template or any derivative works
- Share License: Each license is for a single user/developer. You cannot share your license with others
Free Templates
Free templates are licensed under the MIT License, which allows more permissive use including redistribution with proper attribution.
Updates and Support
Your license includes lifetime updates to the template. Support is provided according to the support terms outlined at the time of purchase.
Liability
Web Template's liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the template. We are not liable for any consequential damages arising from the use of our templates.
Termination
If you violate these license terms, your license will be terminated, and you must stop using the template immediately.
